Are You Born Again?
A relationship with Jesus begins with your personal commitment. You don't inherit it or receive it because you can earn it. It's a gift from God because He loves you.
But many who identify themselves as a Christian have been blinded to Jesus' truth spoken to Nicodemus, a religious leader:
"...I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. John 3:5-6
"The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit." John 3: 8 (NIV)
The consequences of this deception are eternal!
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!''' Matthew 7:21-23 (NIV)

Heavenly Father, I believe Jesus is Lord. I believe I'm a sinner who needs saving. I believe Jesus can save me because He died and rose again. Please forgive me for my sins.
